JMKARTING <\/strong>has the very latest ultra-modern karts. Equipped with a Sodikart chassis with full streamlining, these karts have 4-stroke Honda 270cc engines which develop 9 horsepower. Enough to take them to over 50km\/h.<\/p>\n

An electronic speed control system allows the karts to be slowed, or even stopped, if there is an accident, an obstruction on the track or if one of the drivers gets over-enthusiastic.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the driving school (for 6-16 year olds), JMKARTING can provide karts specially adapted for children and younger drivers.<\/p>\n

For every kart hired, each driver is provided with a set of overalls, a helmet and a disposable balaclava. There are also individual lockers for personal effects.<\/p>\n

Participants are, of course, welcome to bring their own equipment.<\/p>\n

From the panoramic bar and two large terraces, the spectators have an exceptional view overlooking the entire course track.<\/p>\n

JMKids NAMUR<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The driving school is meant for children between 6 and 16 years of age and allows them to take their first laps in karting in complete safety.<\/p>\n

JMKids NAMUR : Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

The aspiring drivers are classified in three levels :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • beginner : learning the basics (acceleration, braking)<\/li>\n
  • trainee : speed control, overtaking, learning the regulations (flags)<\/li>\n
  • driver : perfecting racing lines, observing the rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The young drivers are equipped with karts specially adapted to their size and age. Mini-karts are for drivers of between 6 and 10 years old (Sodikart chassis, Honda 160cc engine), while the \u201cCadet \/ Junior\u201d karts are designed for drivers of 10 to 16 years old (Sodikart chassis, Honda 270cc engine).
